- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

- We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund including return shipping.
